Our Teachers

Hi, my name is Kim. I am married to Shaun and Mum to three teenagers.

I have a Bachelor of Education and have been a primary school teacher for the last 20 years. All my teaching has been in junior classes with a majority being the new entrant class. I was the new entrant teacher at Puketapu School for several years and taught there for 8 years. I am very familiar with this rural, close and caring community. I have a real passion to further develop my skills in play-based learning and to take further post grad study in early childhood education.

I love working with little people and every day is an opportunity to further develop  inquiring minds. It is a real privilege to be able to teach your beautiful children ad to further develop relationships.
